Who are we ?
TransfaiRH has been created by Cecile de Calan in 2008 to enable small and medium sized not-for-profit organisations and networks to implement best HR practices.
Cécile de Calan is an independant people and organisation development consultant.
She holds higher qualification in management (from leading French business school ESCP-EAP) and occupational psychology (CNAM). Her experience has developed in human resources over the past 15 years, first as a consultant leading learning and management projects across a variety of sectors, and then as an HR manager and director in the corporate world and more recently for British aid and development organisations.
She has lived and worked in France, Britain and Germany, and has been in charge of staff based in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. Fully conversant in international HR issues, her work languages include French, English and German.
She is a member of "La Compagnie des DRH" (HR directors network), AFREF (Training think-tank) and CIPD's Virtual Trainers Network.
She also sits on Emergency Personnel Network on-line's steering group.
TransfaiRH also relies on a network of partner consultants whose expertise (legal, coaching, work conditions...) can be called upon to meet each project's needs.
Our UK-based partner, Oxford Change Management, shares our mission to enable people and organisations to become highly effective.
